The CSS Definition

As we have decided to create a DIV based "floating" layout we must remember this when writing our CSS. The CSS is far, far from perfect (remember that the writer of this tutoria is definitely not a designer) . Anybody can improve on it.  For a start we will include the HTML file based menu, RSS feed reader and the site news styles:
